MusicNovi fosili

One of the most popular groups from ex-Yugoslavia, Novi fosili, will play in Belgrade in the original line-up. Sanja Dolezal, Rajko Dujmic, Marinko Colnago, Vladimir Kocis Zec and Nenad Saric will appear in concert at Belgrade Arena on October 31st 2008. in the organization of the Arena.

Novi fosili were formed in 1969. but they had their first big success in 1976, when Rajko Dujmic joined the band. After the hit song Diridonda at the Split Festival in 1976. they started selling their albums throught the ex-Yugoslavia in millions of copies. The group`s first singer, Djurdjica Barlovic, left the band in 1984. and instead of her Sanja Dolezal was introduced. Some of the greatest hits include Za dobra stara vremena, Milena, E, moj Sasa, Suti, moj djecace plavi, Bilo mi je prvi put, Jos te volim, Kosulja plava, Dobre djevojke, Nebeske kocije, E, da si barem nocas ovdje, Kad vas molim, Okreni se, idi, etc.

At 1987 Eurovision song contest Novi fosili represented Yugoslavia with a song I wanna dance, and won the fourth place.
