Arena seats

The large hall covers the area of 48 000 m² at six levels; its capacity is 20 000 – 25 000 seats, depending on the event.

Level 100 Level 200 Level 300 Level 400

Level 100 

Level 100 is the first level and accommodates: doorman booths (North, South), sanitary facilities (North) and arena covering the area of 4 500 m2, warehouses of sports and other equipment, catering and press rooms, TV studio with ancillary facilities, command control centre, newspaper centre, staff offices, workshops, 4 fully equipped locker rooms for athletes (double) for 40 persons, 6 locker rooms for referees, 180 m2 gym with state-of-art fitness equipment, medical block (surgery and doping control), 4 locker rooms for staff (technical maintenance of the hall), electro-rooms, 4 machine halls (ms1 do ms4) intended for air conditioning and ventilation of all areas at Level 100 and provision of sanitary hot water for the entire facility, accreditation space with separate outside entrance. A large press room, of 630 m2 with 160 work stations equipped with telephone and internet equipment. Within this room is a press conference hall for 115 persons. Catering facilities and TV studio are also located at this Level.

Level 200 

Level 200 has a space designated for persons with disabilities (80) who, from Level 100, via ramps and lifts, enter the facility. Level 200 is envisaged for visitor entry into and exit from the building. Specifically, at the North and South of the facility, for entry through 24 doors equipped with the KD doors and x-ray equipment for visitor control the East-West for the exit from the facility – 16 doors. Also at this Level are two ticket offices (North, South), 2 shops, 4 fast-food stalls (without technological equipment), surgery, electro rooms, and 8 sanitary facilities. The circulation space at the Level is 5 556 m2, and it may be used for many different purposes. Level 200 has the fixed stand of 3376 fixed seats and, at the telescopic part, including the mini stand (that can be drawn in if not needed for a particular event), 4916 seats. The circulation space covers the area of 3835 m².

Level 300 

Level 300 hosts VIP boxes for 66 persons, 768 seats, VIP lounge, central and club box. Ordinary boxes have 10 to 16 seats. Level 300 can be reached by luxury wooden staircase from Level 200 or by the lifts from Level 100. 

Level 400 

Level 400 is intended for the visitors coming from Level 200 by 4 escalators, or by 16 concrete staircases. The seating area at Level 400 is equipped with 9090 seats with a good view of the field. Also situated at this Level are 4 shops, 4 fast-food stalls, and 2x8 sanitary facilities (gents and ladies).
